Zoho Registration

  • Check your email for the Welcome message from Zoho (pictured below). If you did not receive this message, please contact IT.


  • Click the "Accept The Invitation" link
  • Enter your work email address and create a password to complete your registration

How to access and view your tickets


  • To view your existing tickets, click on Tickets. If you have any tickets, they will be displayed on this page (Open, On Hold and Closed tickets).


  • Opening a ticket will display its full history. You can also reply and comment directly from here.


  • NOTE: Replying to a ticket that has been Closed will reopen it and notify the ticket owner

Submitting a ticket

  • Fill in all fields with appropriate information specific to the issue you are experiencing. For internal web applications, please include the URL as well. This will enable us to look into the problem much faster.


  • When complete, click Submit. You will then receive a confirmation of the ticket creation in your email.
  • Again, please consider an email request to be a backup for using the ticketing application.

Email

  • Email scbsupport@american-club.com for general support. For specific web applications such as EOM, EOA, etc., please send an email to webapps@american-club.com
  • In the subject, enter a brief explanation of the issue. Within the body, please be as specific as possible, including screenshots when applicable. This will ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
  • After the email is sent, you will receive a confirmation notification that your ticket has been created.
  • From within the Zoho user portal, click on the tab titled Knowledge Base


  • Here you will find several useful articles that can assist you. This is an ever-growing knowledge base that will be consistently updated.
  • Please refer to the KB articles before submitting a ticket, as the solution may already be published here.
