Citrix
Connecting to Citrix
- Due to license restrictions, prior notification will need to be given to IT to enable Citrix access, along with appropriate manager approval.
- On your computer (Windows/Mac) open your web browser and navigate to https://ctx.american-club.com and enter your credentials
- Please note, if this is your first login attempt or you have a new PC, you will be required to download and install the Citrix Receiver. Proceed to receiver installation instructions below.
- After clicking Log On, you will be prompted by our two-factor authentication system, Duo. Choose your preferred authentication method, though Push is highly recommended.
- Once you receive the notification on your mobile device, tap Approve to authenticate.
- These are the published apps you should see once you log into Citrix
Installing Citrix Receiver
- When prompted, click on Detect Receiver
- In the following window, click Open URL:Citrix:Receiver, Always open these types of links in the associated app, I agree with the Citrix license agreement, and Download.
Note: Should you experience any issues opening any of the published apps, please submit a ticket to IT so this can be corrected for you.
Network/Mapped drives – Transferring Data
- On the local machine, navigate to the C drive. This can be found in Computer
- Within your C drive, verify folder Citrix is listed. If not, right-click on the empty white space, select New Folder, and rename it to Citrix
- Within your Citrix session, click on Explorer
- Here you will see your mapped shared drives (S:\, P:\. I:\, etc)
- Local Disk (C: on ComputerName) is a mirror copy of the C drive on the local machine. Anything saved here, will transfer between the two environments
- For easier access, a shortcut to the Citrix folder can be created and saved onto your local PC desktop
CALM printing
- When printing from CALM, you will be prompted to save the document as a PDF.
- Browse to a folder of your choice, either the shared drives or the Local Disk (C: on your ComputerName)
- Open the file from the set saved location and print as usual.
Email
PC Login
- Type in your work email address and click Next
- Enter your email password in the GoDaddy sign-in page
- Approve the push notification you receive on the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app.
- Choose not to be signed in
- You will be taken straight to your email Inbox.

Submitting a ticket
Portal
- Fill in all fields with appropriate information specific to the issue you are experiencing. Please note, for internal web applications, please include the URL as well.
- When complete, click Submit. You will also receive a confirmation of the ticket creation in your email.
Email
- Email scbsupport@american-club.com for general support. For specific web applications such as EOM, EOA, etc., please send an email to webapps@american-club.com
- In the subject, enter a brief explanation of the issue. Within the body, please be as specific as possible, including screenshots when applicable. This will ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
- After the email is sent, you will receive a confirmation notification that your email has been created.

- From within the ESC user portal, click on the tab titled Knowledge Base
- Here you will find several useful articles that can assist you. This is an ever-growing knowledge base that will consistently be updated.
- Please refer to the KB articles before submitting a ticket, as the solution may already be published here.
