Initial login

Web/PC

• Navigate to https://shipownersclaimsbureau.bamboohr.com/ 
  
• Login using your PC username and password
  
• NOTE: Please have your mobile in hand, as you will be required to authenticate with Duo
  

• Select Send Me a Push
  

• Approve the login request on your Duo app
  

Mobile

• Download the BambooHR mobile app from either your App Store or Google Play Store
  

• Enter https://shipownersclaimsbureau.bamboohr.com for BambooHR domain
  

• Tap Log In With Single Sign-On
  

• Sign in using your work username and password to authenticate with Duo
  

Accessing the calendar

• BambooHR will give you a daily view of your calendar, showing who is out for the day
  
• Hovering over and clicking Full Calendar will give you a month to month view
  

Requesting PTO

• From within BambooHR, click on Request Time Off, located on the left side of the screen
  

• In the following screen, select the days of your choosing, along with the Time off type, then send request
